Dairy Products Technology

MS Agriculture, Specialization in Dairy Products Technology

This specialization is intended for students with an academic background in food science, nutrition, dairy science, microbiology, chemistry, engineering, or biochemistry. Students have the opportunity to work on research projects at the Cal Poly Dairy Products Technology Center and interact with multidisciplinary teams of scientists from around the world. Cal Poly has one of the most up-to-date dairy product technology training facilities at an academic institution in the United States.
